I’m a drawer in a cabinet full of emotional responses, abstract thoughts and conceptual objects. My drawing and sculptural works are an analog response to a digital scroll of consciousness.
Kat Chamberlin’s works have been exhibited across the U.S. and internationally, and featured in exhibitions at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago, the Chicago Cultural Center, NADA Art Fair with P.A.D., Helena Anrather in New York City and Meca Art Fair in San Juan, Puerto Rico . Kat completed her Masters in Fine Art at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and is the recipient of a Jacob K. Javits Fellowship, the Toby Devan Lewis Award and the William Dole Award. Kat was born in the Netherlands and raised in Ankara,Turkey; she currently works and lives in Brooklyn.
