She received a B.A in English and a B.A in Environmental Geography in 2000 and in 2004 received her Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Painting in Florence, Italy. Her background includes apprenticing in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina as a painting restorer, and living and working in Paris, France for twelve years. Since then, her paintings have been featured in numerous blogs and art magazines such as ArtMaze magazine, Brenda, and I Like Your Work, among others. She has exhibited in group shows in France and internationally, and solo exhibitions include "Echo" with Turn Gallery, New York, NY in 2019; and "All the Hemispheres" with Municipal Bonds, San Francisco in 2020.
